8 weeks is the gold standard to learn Mindfulness Meditation.
Mindfulness Meditation is simple and subtle. To be successful at it, it is beneficial to participate in a weekly class with the personal attention of an experienced live instructor.
This course is will introduce you, step by step, to learning about mindfulness as well as doing it. You’ll learn fundamental meditation techniques including the body scan, mindfulness of breathing, walking meditation and more.
By gently training your mind and body in peace and simplicity, you’ll come to experience the benefits of greater relaxation, lower stress, increased clarity and general well-being.
Each weekly session includes guided meditation, talks, and discussion.
